Angry rioters spilled into the streets of Port-au-Prince shortly after initial results released Tuesday showed that government-backed candidate Jude Celestin and former first lady Mirlande Manigat will advance to a second-round vote in the race for Haitian president. The protesters had hoped to see popular carnival singer Michel "Sweet Micky" Martelly emerge as the outright winner.
